Common questions

What is Hyperliquid?
Hyperliquid is a decentralized perpetuals exchange built on its own L1 chain. It has a fully on-chain order book, no KYC, and some of the lowest fees in crypto. In 2025–2026, it attracted a class of sophisticated traders with exceptional track records that are publicly visible on-chain.
How do you choose which wallets to track?
We run automated research every Monday on the full Hyperliquid leaderboard (~33,000 wallets). Our filters: minimum $300K capital, 30%+ monthly ROI, positive all-time PnL over $500K. Candidates are then scored on drawdown, win rate, consistency, and position sizing discipline. Only wallets scoring 6/10 or above are added to our watchlist.
What does "real-time" mean exactly?
Hermes polls tracked wallets every 5 minutes via the Hyperliquid API. When a new position appears (or a position meaningfully increases), a signal is sent immediately. There is an inherent ~0–5 minute delay between when a wallet opens a position and when you receive the alert.
How do payments work?
We accept USDC on the Arbitrum network. When you choose a plan in the bot, a unique payment address is generated just for you. Send exactly the plan amount to that address — access activates automatically once the transaction confirms on-chain (usually 1–2 minutes). No account, no email, no KYC.
Is this financial advice?
No. Hermes is an information service. We report what elite wallets are doing — we don't recommend you copy their trades. Perpetuals trading involves significant risk of loss. Make your own decisions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Subscriptions are monthly and non-recurring by design. When your 30-day period ends, you simply don't renew — no cancellation needed. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
